I enlighet med justitieministeriets beslut föreskrivs med stöd av 2 kap. 6 § i häktningslagen av den 30 september 2005 (768/2005):
1 §
Som häkte för män används Jokela, Vanda, Riihimäki, Tavastehus, Vasa, Kylmäkoski, Åbo, S:t Michels, Konnunsuo, Kuopio, Pyhäselkä, Sukeva, Uleåborgs och Pelso fängelse.
Som häkte för kvinnor används Vanda, Tavastehus, Åbo, Vasa, Pyhäselkä och Uleåborgs fängelse.
2 §
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 oktober 2006.
