På föredragning av social- och hälsovårdsministern föreskrivs:
1 §
Genom denna förordning upphävs 3 § 2 mom. familjepensionsförordningen av den 4 juli 1969 (449/1969).
2 §
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2000.
